3. Where to send it
Send notices to our support team via the Zalo Discord with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Incomplete notices cannot be processed.
4. What happens next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the party responsible for it. Repeat infringers may have their access permanently terminated.
5. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. Valid counter-notices are forwarded to the original complainant, and material may be restored after 10–14 business days unless legal action is filed.
6. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including legal costs, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
