1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Zalo website, purchasing a product, or using our software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or use Zalo products. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License

Unless stated otherwise, purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, rent, or sublicense your access key or account credentials to any third party.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Do not use our products for commercial redistribution, account boosting services, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not share your license key publicly or across multiple users.

5. Risks & account responsibility

Use of third-party game software may violate the terms of service of the games you play and can result in account suspension or bans by game publishers. You acknowledge and accept this risk. Zalo is not responsible for any action taken against your game accounts.

6. Delivery & access

Access is delivered automatically after payment confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping your credentials secure.

7. Updates & availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue products at any time, for example following a game patch or detection event. We aim to restore functionality quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. All sales are processed through our payment providers; you also agree to their terms when paying.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zalo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including account bans, data loss, or lost profits — arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these terms, including key sharing, chargeback abuse, or attempts to tamper with our software.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
